These terms cover your use of the Raahi website at raahiapp.in, the waitlist, and, once it launches, the Raahi app. By using them you agree to these terms.ये शर्तें raahiapp.in पर राहि वेबसाइट, वेटलिस्ट और लॉन्च होने पर राहि ऐप के आपके उपयोग पर लागू होती हैं। इनका उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।
1. Not an emergency service1. आपातकालीन सेवा नहीं
Raahi is not an emergency service and cannot send help. In an emergency, call 112 (women's helpline: 181). Never rely on Raahi alone for your safety.राहि आपातकालीन सेवा नहीं है और मदद नहीं भेज सकता। आपात स्थिति में 112 पर कॉल करें (महिला हेल्पलाइन: 181)। अपनी सुरक्षा के लिए केवल राहि पर निर्भर न रहें।
2. Information is community-sourced2. जानकारी समुदाय से आती है
Alerts come from community reports and may be incomplete, late or wrong. Raahi does not guarantee that any alert is accurate or that an area is safe or unsafe. Please use your own judgement.अलर्ट समुदाय की रिपोर्ट से आते हैं और अधूरे, देर से या ग़लत हो सकते हैं। राहि यह गारंटी नहीं देता कि कोई अलर्ट सही है या कोई इलाक़ा सुरक्षित या असुरक्षित है। कृपया अपना विवेक इस्तेमाल करें।
3. The waitlist3. वेटलिस्ट
Joining the waitlist only means we may email you about launch. It does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular features or pricing. Plans and pricing will be announced closer to launch.वेटलिस्ट में जुड़ने का मतलब केवल इतना है कि हम आपको लॉन्च के बारे में ईमेल कर सकते हैं। यह पहुँच, लॉन्च की तिथि, या किसी विशेष सुविधा या क़ीमत की गारंटी नहीं है। प्लान और क़ीमतों की घोषणा लॉन्च के क़रीब की जाएगी।
4. Using Raahi responsibly4. राहि का ज़िम्मेदारी से उपयोग
- Report only what you honestly believe you saw or know. No false, malicious or misleading reports.केवल वही रिपोर्ट करें जो आपने ईमानदारी से देखा या जाना हो। कोई झूठी, दुर्भावनापूर्ण या भ्रामक रिपोर्ट नहीं।
- Do not target, harass or name individuals, or stereotype communities or neighbourhoods.किसी व्यक्ति को निशाना न बनाएँ, परेशान न करें या उसका नाम न लें, और किसी समुदाय या इलाक़े के बारे में रूढ़ि न फैलाएँ।
- Do not post unlawful content, spam, or try to break or misuse the service.ग़ैरक़ानूनी सामग्री या स्पैम न डालें, और सेवा को तोड़ने या उसका दुरुपयोग करने की कोशिश न करें।
- We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.इन नियमों को तोड़ने वाली सामग्री हम हटा सकते हैं या खातों को सीमित कर सकते हैं।
5. Your content5. आपकी सामग्री
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Raahi permission to store, display and moderate it as needed to run the service, in line with our Privacy Policy.आप जो सबमिट करते हैं उसका स्वामित्व आपके पास रहता है। आप राहि को सेवा चलाने के लिए ज़रूरत के अनुसार उसे सहेजने, दिखाने और मॉडरेट करने की अनुमति देते हैं, हमारी प्राइवेसी नीति के अनुसार।
6. No warranty and limits of liability6. कोई वारंटी नहीं और दायित्व की सीमा
The website and, later, the app are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Raahi is not liable for losses arising from your use of or reliance on the service or its alerts.वेबसाइट और बाद में ऐप “जैसा है” के आधार पर दी जाती हैं। क़ानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, सेवा या उसके अलर्ट के आपके उपयोग या उन पर निर्भरता से होने वाले नुक़सान के लिए राहि उत्तरदायी नहीं है।
7. Changes and governing law7. बदलाव और लागू क़ानून
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.हम इन शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं और ऐसा करने पर लागू होने की तिथि बदलेंगे। ये शर्तें भारत के क़ानूनों के अधीन हैं, और दिल्ली की अदालतों का क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।
